About the role: Family Worker – part of the Team Around the Family Service. This role involves building effective relationships with children, young people and their families to bring about positive change. You will provide specialist advice and act as an advocate, working with statutory, non‑statutory and private providers. Key responsibilities include making assessments, developing interventions, and identifying sustainable outcomes.
Qualifications and experience: NVQ level 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Practical experience working with families with multiple and complex needs.
