About the role:
It’s an exciting time in Children and Young People Services as we continue to make solid progress towards our aims of achieving quality, supporting families and effectively managing risk. We are currently looking for a Family Worker to join the Team Around the Family Service. The post involves building effective relationships with children, young people and their families to change areas of their life. Providing specialist advice and acting as an advocate for joined up working across statutory, non-statutory and private providers, you will play a key role in making assessments, developing interventions and identifying the best way of achieving sustainable outcomes. The post requires a NVQ level 4 or equivalent in a relevant discipline. We would welcome applications from those who have practical experience of working with families with multiple and complex needs.
