Your workstyle in this role will require you to work from a fixed workplace. We are looking for a flexible, multi-skilled and energetic individual who will work as a caretaker in the adult services team with the specific aim of ensuring the site is fully functional, safe, secure and well-maintained. The successful candidate will be a practical, positive and energetic person who will take pride in maintaining the facilities.
You will have experience of maintenance work with a range of skills including, but not limited to, cleaning, basic carpentry, plumbing and grounds maintenance. If you think that you have the necessary experience for this role, we would love to hear from you.
