We are currently looking for a Male Specialist Care Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work as an effective team member in delivering a service to adults with learning difficulties/behavioural support needs within a service base and community settings.

Ability to travel throughout the Neath Port Talbot Borough is essential. A Casual Car allowance is paid where own car is used.

You will have experience in working with adults with complex disabilities in a care setting, and be prepared to undertake Health and Safety Training and attain a QCF Level 2 in Care within 3 years of commencement. Willingness to undertake Health and Safety training is required.
