Responsibilities:

  • Lead: Assess, prepare and deliver plans to provide a coordinated response to adverse weather impacting the network.
  • Support: Provide support and assistance to the Network Resilience Manager in the management and delivery of network operational functions to support network resilience in accordance with Welsh Government requirements.
  • Support: Support the Network Resilience Manager with the delivery of Incident Management, Contingency Planning, traffic management operations and other network operations functions as required.
  • Support: Review policies, procedures and standards relating to the Traffic Officer Service and control room functions and make recommendations for continual improvement of service delivery.
