Responsibilities:

  • To provide an enhanced level of responsibility, knowledge, supervision and guidance in the delivery of effective incident management across the network.
  • To support the Operations Manager in the delivery of all network operations, including Traffic Officers, Control Room, Incident and Traffic Management, winter maintenance and emergency response.
