We are a global provider of Installation (M&E), Integration, and Fit-out services, delivering end-to-end workplace transformation projects across Europe. Our Warehouse Fit-out team specialises in converting empty building envelopes into fully operational facilities, covering new builds, expansions, and retrofits. From facility fit-outs and workstation construction to IT infrastructure, material deployment, and strategic safety installations, we provide turnkey solutions for commercial and industrial clients. Our mission is to empower our customers to excel through innovative, tailored design and installation solutions, driven by our commitment to Flawless Execution.

We are looking for an accomplished Project Manager to join our Warehouse Fit-out delivery team and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale facility fit-out projects throughout Europe. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will be involved at every stage, from initial feasibility through detailed planning, physical build-out, snagging, and handover, ensuring each project is executed to the highest standard. The work encompasses the full scope of warehouse and industrial facility transformation, including structural modifications, workstation installations, IT and data cabling, mechanical and electrical services coordination, and health and safety infrastructure.

You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of every project you lead, balancing the bigger picture with a hands-on grasp of the construction detail, while driving accountability across internal teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners. Client relationships sit at the heart of this role; you will be the face of the business on site, building trust with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities to add value beyond the core scope. Commercially sharp and delivery-focused, you will manage project budgets with precision, protect margin, and ensure every decision is made with both the client outcome and business performance in mind.

This is a fully site-based role requiring significant travel across Europe. Candidates must hold a valid passport and driving licence and be willing to work away for extended project durations.

A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience leading fit-out, refurbishment, or construction projects of real scale and complexity. A strong understanding of building regulations, CDM requirements, and health and safety standards within construction environments. A sharp eye for detail without losing sight of programme and commercial objectives. Clear, confident communication skills; you’re equally effective presenting to senior clients as you are coordinating trades on a live site. A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of taking ownership when it matters. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or similar, and site management platforms is an advantage, as is direct experience in warehouse, industrial, or commercial fit-out environments.

We value our people and prioritise their wellbeing at every stage of their journey with us. While benefits vary by country, our rewards package is thoughtfully designed to support your life, health, and career development. This includes a competitive, annually benchmarked salary; enhanced family leave provisions; and private medical care for full-time staff, alongside access to an Employee Assistance Programme and dedicated Mental Health First Aiders. We are committed to continuous growth through global learning and development pathways and provide unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning to help you build new skills and advance your career. Most importantly, we are proud to foster a highly engaged workforce, with our 2025 employee survey showing over 85% satisfaction.
