An excellent opportunity to join an award-winning business as a Project Coordinator. The role will be office-based, with the candidate attending and supporting the project manager in meetings in London and Hertfordshire. All travel is paid, along with 28 days holiday, pension, insurances, career development, full training plus much more.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing project activities and timelines
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate notes
  • Track project progress using spreadsheets and project management tools
  • Support project communication across teams and stakeholders
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and support issue resolution
  • Perform administrative duties related to the project life-cycle

Requirements:

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and basic project management tools e.g. Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project or Teams, smart sheet desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Desirable (Nice to Have):

  • Internship or work experience in a project-driven environment
  • Certification such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or similar
