Responsibilities:

  • Support the PLC technical repairs.
  • Prioritise system faults.
  • Error management.
  • Technical fault management, controllers and communications to the wider network.
  • Adhering to agreed communication and fault processes.
  • Identifying any process failures and escalating as required.
  • Targeting maintenance activities as identified via the EIS / SCADA data analysis.
  • Root-cause analysis of faults using industry-recognised tools.
  • Rectification and prevention of issues.
  • Experience with Siemens S7, ProfNet, Profibus, and Ladder.

Qualifications:

  • ONC-HNC-HND or qualified engineering, OR BSc, or MSc.
  • Electrical control system experience.
  • Site-Based FMCG works/experiences.
