DAYS: 10 AM-6 PM

The right PLC Control Engineer will support the site's maintenance and engineering team (Controls/Technically) within a site-based automation environment.

  • To support the PLC technical repairs
  • Prioritise system faults
  • Error management
  • Technical fault management, controllers and communications to the wider network
  • Adhering to agreed communication and fault processes
  • Identifying any process failures and escalating as required
  • Targeting maintenance activities as identified via the EIS / SCADA data analysis
  • Root-cause analysis of faults using industry-recognised tools
  • Rectification and prevention of issues

Experience with: Siemens S7, ProfNet, Profibus, and Ladder

Qualifications:

  • Controls Engineer
  • ONC-HNC-HND or qualified engineering, OR BSc, or MSc
  • Electrical control system experience
  • Site-Based FMCG works/experiences
