Responsibilities
- Work experience in a manufacturing, production, or FMCG automation environment.
- Basic work within an electrical or mechanical environment.
- Carry out an initial response to our automation equipment.
- Prioritise basic system faults.
- Support and assist Engineers with equipment servicing.
- Compliant with Health & Safety legislation.
- Assist with the resolution of any equipment faults – Mechanical/Electrical.
- The Maintenance Assistant will support the continual improvement of the site.
Knowledge
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and instructions.
- Have a logical approach to fault-finding and resolution.
Qualifications
- NVQ or Apprenticeship in engineering, mechanical, or electrical.
