Working Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM
The right PLC Control Engineer will support the site's maintenance and engineering team (Controls/Technically) within a site-based automation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the PLC technical repairs
- Prioritise system faults
- Error management
- Technical fault management, controllers and communications to the wider network
- Adhering to agreed communication and fault processes
- Identifying any process failures and escalating as required
- Targeting maintenance activities as identified via the EIS / SCADA data analysis
- Root-cause analysis of faults using industry-recognised tools
- Rectification and prevention of issues
Experience:
- Experience with Siemens S7, ProfNet, Profibus, and Ladder
Qualifications:
- Controls Engineer ONC-HNC-HND or qualified engineering, OR BSc, or MSc
- Electrical control system experience
- Site-Based FMCG works/experiences
