Role & Responsibilities:
- To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
- Demonstrate leadership and communication skills
- To lead and support a maintenance team (electrical/mechanical)
- To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
- To support the diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic faults
- To accurately record all work undertaken
- Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
- Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
Qualifications:
- ONC OR HNC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or BTEC Engineering, or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bsc or Msc
- Experience in previously managing a team is desirable
- A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
- Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
