A fantastic opportunity for a Service Planner to join our team in our busy and friendly office within our Brand New Head Office. You will be part of the team that ensures the service department runs in an efficient manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Service Desk Planner must communicate openly and honestly with our Clients.
- Engaging and supporting the field team to deliver excellent standards of service delivery for our client and liaise with the engineer team to ensure all works scheduled are adhered to and completed within set Service Level Agreements.
- Creating and amending job cards.
- Purchase orders (adding to database, adjusting stock levels accordingly, completion of full process).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
