You will be part of the team that ensures the service department runs in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Service Desk Planner must communicate openly and honestly with clients.
- Engage and support the field team to deliver excellent standards of service delivery for our client.
- Liaise with the engineer team to ensure all works scheduled are adhered to and completed within set Service Level Agreements.
- Creating and amending job cards.
- Purchase orders (adding to database, adjusting stock levels accordingly, completion of full process).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
