A fantastic opportunity for a Service Planner to join our team in a busy and friendly office within the Brand New Head Office. You will be part of the team that ensures the service department runs in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Service Desk Planner must communicate openly and honestly with clients.
  • Engage and support the field team to deliver excellent standards of service delivery for our client.
  • Liaise with the engineer team to ensure all works scheduled are adhered to and completed within set Service Level Agreements.
  • Creating and amending job cards.
  • Purchase orders (adding to database, adjusting stock levels accordingly, completion of full process).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
