The Role

We are looking for someone to join us at an exciting time for nPlan, as we expand our category‑creating product set to deliver against the full project controls loop and drive the next stage of our growth. This role, reporting into the CTO and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, will not only be an instrumental leader driving delivery against this vision but also lead from the front in adopting new ways of working adapted to a world where building is faster and cheaper than ever before, thanks to evolutions in AI tools. We are looking for someone who can drive both exceptional execution – think shipping products in months not years – and also partner with our CTO, SLT, and wider team to shape the vision for our product offering. You will have had prior experience at a B2B, enterprise‑focused Series A‑C scale‑up, will be fluent in the technology behind AI systems, and be customer obsessed. You will lead a team that combines both product and customer‑facing deployment engineers, bringing a customer focus to the role and company. This is a UK‑based role requiring some travel into our London office.

Key Qualifications

  • Significant product leadership experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Experience operating at VP level or equivalent scope
  • A track record of scaling products from early PMF through growth stage
  • Deep familiarity with AI/ML‑driven products and their unique lifecycle challenges
  • Experience leading complex, enterprise‑grade platforms
  • Strong collaboration with commercial teams to drive adoption and expansion
  • Ability to thrive in founder‑led, high‑ambiguity environments
  • Attention to detail, which you will be able to demonstrate by mentioning the word ‘crane’ in your application.
