We are introducing a new function, focused solely on solving end user technology challenges and making our people’s work lives as technologically stress-free as they can be. The End User Computing (EUC) team will be responsible for all end user related technology needs incorporating hardware, software and processes.
As EUC Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining our end user technology strategy and building a committed technology team to deliver this vision. You will lead a talented team of IT EUC Engineers and Technicians with experience in end user hardware maintenance, network connectivity, Microsoft office and productivity software, Audio Visual technology and IT Asset Management. Most importantly, you will introduce a step change in approach to end user customer care with a focus on innovation and automation.
