Our world-leading Time & Frequency department are seeking a Business Change Manager with experience in delivering transformational behavioural change in major programmes. You will be joining our team at an exciting time - we maintain the UK’s National Time Scale, UTC (NPL), and are currently developing a new resilient Time Scale facility that will underpin UK Digital Infrastructure. This will address the risks associated with our dependency on global navigation satellite systems (such as GPS) that are vulnerable to both natural and intentional interference.
You’ll enjoy collaborating with Change Analysts and senior stakeholders to assess changes resulting from security requirements within the programme. This will involve planning and implementing the relevant change activities to time, quality, and cost.
Key responsibilities:- Deliver, implement and monitor business and behavioural change activities in alignment with roadmap
- Develop detailed impact assessments, training needs analyses, and action plans
- Manage the delivery of business readiness assessments
- Partner with Project Managers to coordinate change-related timelines, resources and deliverables
- Engaging, informing and supporting wider SMEs and senior stakeholders; overseeing project-level change plans
