End User Computing Manager in Teddington

We are introducing a new function, focused solely on solving end user technology challenges and making our people’s work lives as technologically stress-free as they can be. The End User Computing (EUC) team will be responsible for all end user related technology needs incorporating hardware, software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Define end user technology strategy and build a committed technology team to deliver this vision.
• Lead a talented team of IT EUC Engineers and Technicians with experience in end user hardware maintenance, network connectivity, Microsoft office and productivity software, Audio Visual technology and IT Asset Management.
• Introduce a step change in approach to end user customer care with a focus on innovation and automation.
