Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
Location: Windsor onsite or hybrid can be arranged
Salary: £60,000-70,000, plus bonus and excellent benefits package

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with over 100 years of history and a strong reputation for delivering trusted legal advice to both private and commercial clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their respected Wills & Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a private client professional with 1+ years PQE who enjoys managing a varied caseload and delivering a high standard of service to clients, including elderly and vulnerable individuals. Role & Responsibilities
As a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will manage a broad caseload while delivering expert advice and a high standard of client service throughout the matter lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing a full private client caseload
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administering estates
- Advising clients clearly and sensitively throughout their journey
- Ensuring compliance with firm and departmental procedures
- Meeting agreed fee-earning and caseload targets
- Advising on related tax matters
- Supporting business development activity, including networking opportunities
Qualifications
Key Requirements: We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong experience in non‑contentious private client work.
You Will Ideally Have
- 1+ years PQE in private client law
- Proven experience handling matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration
- A strong understanding of the needs of elderly and vulnerable clients
- Excellent technical knowledge and case management skills
- Strong client care and communication abilities
- A sound understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance
- An interest in business development and networking
