Role & Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to solicitors and partners, ensuring smooth running of client files and excellent client care.
- Assist with the drafting of wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.
- Prepare probate applications and assist with estate administration.
- Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, HMRC, and the Probate Registry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Manage your own caseload of straightforward matters under supervision.
- Support solicitors with more complex cases and attend client meetings where required.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional obligations.

- Previous paralegal experience in Private Client law (minimum 12 months preferred).
- Strong understanding of key areas including wills, probate, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney.

- Excellent administrative and organisational skills, including file management and deadlines.
