We currently have an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Marketing Executive in London. Are you fluent in French and English? Do you have two years marketing experience in a fast-paced environment? Are you interested to work in the events & exhibition industry?

Our client runs many market leading business exhibitions in the learning, healthcare, technology, and veterinary sectors, with events in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia. They are looking for a French Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive visitor attendance, audience engagement, and exhibitor value across one of France's leading enterprise technology events.

You must have an excellent command of the French language, with strong writing skills and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in marketing who is looking to develop their career within the events and technology industry. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, partnerships, content, and promotional channels. You will work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Content, Operations, Digital and Data, as well as external partners and suppliers, to help deliver successful campaigns that drive registration growth, audience engagement, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns in line with the overall event strategy and KPIs.
  • Assist with the creation and updating of marketing assets, including website content, email campaigns, social media posts, advertising materials, and promotional copy.
  • Create engaging French-language content for audience communications, partner campaigns, and exhibitor marketing initiatives.
  • Create and adapt visual marketing assets, including digital banners, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Work with the sales team to support exhibitor promotion and marketing opportunities.
  • Coordinate marketing activity with media partners, associations, exhibitors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Assist with social media management and community engagement across relevant platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities within the French technology sector.
  • Assist with visitor registration campaigns and audience acquisition initiatives.
  • Help coordinate on-site marketing activity during the event, including branding, signage, social media coverage, and visitor engagement.

Qualifications

  • Fluent French speaker with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Around 2 years experience in a marketing role, ideally within events, media, or B2B environments.
  • Experience within the technology sector is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social media.
  • Comfortable using marketing and creative tools such as Canva, CMS systems, CRM/email platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, partner promotions, and event marketing materials.
