Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused B2B sales professional with experience selling complex software products or consultancy services to enterprise clients.

You will manage the complete sales cycle, build relationships with senior decision-makers and convert new opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.

The position also offers significant scope to progress into a senior commercial role as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network that generates qualified opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Understand clients commercial and technical challenges and present tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Attend relevant breakfast, evening and occasional weekend events in London.
  • Travel to client meetings and events, primarily within Europe, with occasional travel to other regions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activity within the CRM.
  • Produce clear pipeline forecasts and performance reports.
  • Keep informed about developments in enterprise technology, AI, blockchain, digital assets and the wider competitive market.

About You

You will be an energetic and motivated sales professional who is comfortable opening new conversations, building credibility with enterprise clients and taking ownership of opportunities from initial contact through to close.

  • You Should Have
  • Three to five years of B2B software sales experience.
  • Experience selling complex software products, technology solutions or consultancy services to enterprise clients.
  • A demonstrable track record of generating leads and converting opportunities into revenue.
  • Strong business-development, relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales activity, pipelines and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with native-level English.
  • A self-motivated, ambitious and adaptable approach.
  • The ability to thrive within a dynamic, fast-growing business.
  • A willingness to adopt new technologies, sales tools and ways of working.
  • Availability to attend occasional breakfast, evening and weekend events.
  • Flexibility to travel within Europe and, where required, internationally.
  • The existing right to work in the UK.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience selling AI, blockchain, digital-asset, fintech or financial-technology solutions.
  • An established network within financial services or other regulated industries.
  • A strong interest in artificial intelligence, blockchain or emerging technologies.
