We currently have an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Business Development Executive. This is a fully remote role and you can be based anywhere in the UK. Are you fluent in French and English? Do you have previous tele sales or business development experience? If yes, read on!
Our client is an inclusive and dynamic company specialising in time critical transports and customs brokerage. Due to expansion, they are looking for a French Speaking Business Development Executive, based in the UK, to join their team in sourcing new business within the UK and French markets. This is a full sales cycle role, encompassing lead qualification, product demonstrations and sale closure. All lead qualification, product demos and sales will be done over the phone/online, so it is essential that you are comfortable and confident on the telephone. The ideal candidate will have previous outbound sales experience and be willing to hunt for and secure new clients. This role involves high-volume outbound calling (90-100 dials per day), as well as delivering product demos via Teams and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls (from cold, warm and hot leads) to connect with prospects
- Conducting product demos online
- Acquiring new business customers as well as up-selling to existing customers and chasing referrals
- Keeping and maintaining accurate customer information using the company’s CRM
- Conducting service calls to existing customers in order to up-sell/gain referrals
Qualifications
- Fluent in both spoken and written French
- Professional & confident on the phone
- At least 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills
- A high level of self-motivation
Important Information
Fluency in both spoken and written French is essential for this role. This role can be fully remote or hybrid in Coventry. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 7am–4pm.
