We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our client's growing digital team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on exciting web projects, mentor junior developers, and work with friendly, cross-functional teams to build scalable, user-friendly platforms.
You will be at the heart of shaping how things are built and delivered, using modern tools and technologies to keep things running smoothly and evolving with the times.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the build of web applications using Symfony, Vue.js, Craft CMS, and MySQL
- Take projects from initial idea through to delivery
- Support and guide junior developers, sharing your experience and knowledge
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop new features and improvements
- Carry out code reviews and keep quality high across the board
- Modernise older systems and improve the tech stack as you go
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to keep things running smoothly
- Use tools like Webpack, Composer, and NPM to streamline your workflow
- Keep everything well documented for easy collaboration
