The role of the Marketing Coordinator will focus on the creation and execution of annual marketing and business development initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for delivering completed marketing projects.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Graphic design and maintenance support for all marketing assets including, but not limited to advertising (print, radio, digital), product announcements, product catalogs, banners, corporate and affiliate websites, building signage, truck decals, corporate office supplies like business cards and specialty forms.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for the purpose of placing large orders on branded apparel, decals, displays, equipment for shows, specialty requests from location managers, and marketing supplies.
  • Content and copywriting for internal and external platforms including websites, social media, and company newsletter.
  • Provide graphic support for online web shop and corporate websites.
  • Full awareness of annual marketing production calendar to anticipate deadlines and tasks.
  • Assists with day-to-day specific requests from the marketing manager.
  • Second-tier copy editor.
  • Maintains marketing library of files.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience directly in a marketing capacity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related area preferred.
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles including writing, graphic design, direct mail, ecommerce, event coordination, research & development, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite 2020; Microsoft Office 2010.
  • Ability to take figurative concepts and turn them into tangible marketing assets.
  • Ability to manage multiple, high priority projects to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong eye for detail and brand comprehension.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Limited travel to attend trade shows and onsite visits to company locations.
