Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify property titles for ownership, restrictions, and disputes.
  • Draft and review contracts, deeds, and legal documents for transactions.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents for seamless processes.
  • Conduct local authority, Land Registry, and environmental searches.
  • Manage fund transfers and ensure compliance with legal protocols.
  • Advise clients on legal obligations, risks, and transaction steps.
  • Oversee contract exchanges to confirm binding agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards to protect clients.
  • Finalise settlements, pay Stamp Duty, and register the property.
  • Resolve disputes and issues during conveyancing.
  • Maintain detailed records for compliance and reference.
  • Collaborate with banks for mortgage approvals and payments.

About You

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified with a CLC practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 3 Years PQE within Residential Property.
  • Must Be Team Player.
