Key Responsibilities:
- Verify property titles for ownership, restrictions, and disputes.
- Draft and review contracts, deeds, and legal documents for transactions.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents for seamless processes.
- Conduct local authority, Land Registry, and environmental searches.
- Manage fund transfers and ensure compliance with legal protocols.
- Advise clients on legal obligations, risks, and transaction steps.
- Oversee contract exchanges to confirm binding agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards to protect clients.
- Finalise settlements, pay Stamp Duty, and register the property.
- Resolve disputes and issues during conveyancing.
