Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for residential and commercial property transactions. Conduct title investigations, searches, and reviews to identify and address potential issues. Oversee property sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing processes. Provide legal advice on property law, planning regulations, and lease agreements. Handle property-related disputes, including boundary issues and landlord-tenant conflicts. Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and other legal requirements. Liaise with clients, agents, surveyors, and other professionals involved in transactions. About You Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate. A Minimum 3 Years PQE within Property. Why NPA Recruit?
