About The Client

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in East Sussex. Over the past decade, it has expanded to multiple offices and now has a team of approximately 100 members, delivering a comprehensive range of legal services tailored to the needs of individuals, families, and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Interview clients to assess their legal needs in wills, estate planning, and probate.
  2. Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives per legal requirements.
  3. Assist with estate management, including updates, tax advice, and inheritance planning.
  4. Coordinate execution and administration of documents with clients and beneficiaries.
  5. Stay informed on laws to provide accurate advice in private client matters.
  6. Resolve estate disputes through negotiation, mediation, or court representation.
  7. Protect client confidentiality and maintain ethical standards.
  8. Collaborate with legal and financial professionals for comprehensive services.

About You

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified CILEx Legal Executive or Solicitor With A Valid Practicing Certificate.
  • A Minimum Of 2 Years PQE In Private Client Law
