Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for residential and commercial property transactions.
- Conduct title investigations, searches, and reviews to identify and address potential issues.
- Oversee property sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing processes.
- Provide legal advice on property law, planning regulations, and lease agreements.
- Handle property-related disputes, including boundary issues and landlord-tenant conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and other legal requirements.
- Liaise with clients, agents, surveyors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- A Minimum 3 Years PQE within Property.
