Key Responsibilities

  • Interview clients to assess their legal needs in wills, estate planning, and probate.
  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives per legal requirements.
  • Assist with estate management, including updates, tax advice, and inheritance planning.
  • Coordinate execution and administration of documents with clients and beneficiaries.
  • Stay informed on laws to provide accurate advice in private client matters.
  • Resolve estate disputes through negotiation, mediation, or court representation.
  • Protect client confidentiality and maintain ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and financial professionals for comprehensive services.

About You

  • Qualified with a valid practicing certificate.
  • Minimum 3 Years PQE within Private Client work.
