Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, leases, and developments.
- Perform due diligence on properties, reviewing titles, planning permissions, and environmental reports.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for property transactions.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, such as lease renewals and rent adjustments.
- Resolve disputes involving boundaries, contracts, and leases.
- Work closely with clients, solicitors, and other professionals on property transactions.

About You
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate. Minimum 3 Years PQE within Commercial Property.
