Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sales, leases, and developments.
- Perform due diligence on properties, reviewing titles, planning permissions, and environmental reports.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for property transactions.
- Advise on landlord and tenant matters, such as lease renewals and rent adjustments.
- Resolve disputes involving boundaries, contracts, and leases.
- Work closely with clients, solicitors, and other professionals on property transactions.
- Stay updated on property law changes to provide informed advice.
- Manage a varied caseload with precision and efficiency.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws and legal requirements.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate. Minimum 3 Years PQE within Commercial Property.
