About The Client

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with conflict checks, file management, and client care protocols.
  • Progress cases, attend clients, and prepare for hearings per instructions.
  • Advocate for clients in Court of Protection hearings.
  • Handle correspondence, Legal Aid funding, billing, and file preparation.
  • Manage file closing, administration, time recording, and regulatory compliance.
  • Meet billing targets, support junior staff, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Participate in networking, business development, and training per Legal Aid requirements.
  • Ensure files comply with Legal Aid contracts, SQM standards, and firm policies.
  • Report issues to directors promptly.
  • Focus on health and welfare matters as needed.

About You

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate. 0-2 PQE (Applications from recently qualified solicitors will be accepted).
