- Assist with commercial property sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
- Conduct due diligence, including title checks, planning permissions, and environmental reviews.
- Draft and negotiate legal documents like contracts and leases.
- Provide guidance on landlord-tenant issues, including lease renewals and rent adjustments.
- Resolve disputes such as boundary issues, contract breaches, and lease disagreements.

About You
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate. A Minimum 1 Year PQE within Commercial Property.
