  • Conduct due diligence, including title checks, planning permissions, and environmental reviews.
  • Draft and negotiate legal documents like contracts and leases.
  • Provide guidance on landlord-tenant issues, including lease renewals and rent adjustments.
  • Resolve disputes such as boundary issues, contract breaches, and lease disagreements.
  • Collaborate with clients, solicitors, government bodies, and other professionals.
  • Stay updated on property law and regulatory changes.
  • Manage commercial property cases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and legal regulations.

About You

Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate. A Minimum 1 Year PQE within Commercial Property.
