About The Client

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on legal issues, case merits, options, and likely outcomes.
- Research laws, regulations, and precedents to inform strategy.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Manage pre-action protocols, compliance, and explore alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
- Handle evidence disclosure and respond to discovery requests.
- Negotiate settlements and participate in ADR, including mediation and arbitration.
