Key Responsibilities
- Interview clients to assess their legal needs in wills, estate planning, and probate.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives per legal requirements.
- Assist with estate management, including updates, tax advice, and inheritance planning.
- Coordinate execution and administration of documents with clients and beneficiaries.
