Upon starting your new role, you will receive a one‑time payment of £1000 within 14 days of your employment commencement.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor, guide, and oversee a team of conveyancing professionals to foster collaboration and optimise performance in the work environment.
- Client Service: Guarantee the provision of premium legal services to clients.
- Quality Assurance: Cultivate team leaders to oversee and uphold high standards of quality and compliance in all conveyancing transactions.
- Sustain CQS accreditation and adhere to legal regulations and best practices.
- Furnish senior management with performance reports and conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders to enhance department visibility.
- Identify and deploy technology solutions to improve efficiency and transparency in conveyancing processes.
- Key Experiences
- Certified conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a conveyancing team.
- Extensive understanding of property law and conveyancing protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Client‑focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver targets.
- Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one‑time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD.
This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
