About the Role:
As a Quant Developer, you will drive the research, development, and implementation of the execution systems, tackling complex engineering challenges. You'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining execution infrastructure.
- Enhancing algorithms, diagnosing performance issues, and designing new strategies in real time.
- Owning backend technology and collaborating closely with traders and engineers.
- Working in a 24/7 trading environment, with flexibility to handle unexpected needs in a fast-paced, high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of low to mid-frequency execution systems.
