ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThis is a newly created role to support our growing Digital PR team.

We\'re looking for a Digital PR Specialist to join our London team and deliver creative and high‐impact Digital PR campaigns for global brands across a range of industries.

This role is for someone who truly loves the craft of Digital PR – from spotting strong stories and turning data into newsworthy stories, to pitching journalists and securing coverage that drives real SEO and brand impact. Fluency in a second language (French, German, Spanish or Italian) is a strong plus.

To be considered, candidates must currently reside and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIESYou\'ll take ownership of the creativity and innovation behind each project, working hands‐on across the full campaign lifecycle. Collaborating closely with the Digital PR and SEO teams, as well as our global network, you\'ll help deliver campaigns that earn attention and links in the right places.

This role requires a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership, with the confidence to take initiative, drive campaigns forward, and see ideas through concept to execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Creative & Campaign Development

Generate original, newsworthy Digital PR ideas rooted in data, trends, insights, and cultural relevance

Turn datasets and research into compelling narratives that resonate with journalists and audiences

Have a strong gut instinct for a great hook, spotting both reactive and proactive PR opportunities tied to trends, news cycles, and real‐time events

Collaborate with creative, SEO, and content teams to deliver integrated campaign

Execute end‐to‐end Digital PR campaigns, from ideation to outreach and reporting

Build highly targeted media lists, confidently pitch stories, and create and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and publishers

Secure high‐quality coverage and backlinks across national, international, and niche publications that increase brand visibility and generate measurable SEO impact

Adapt angles and pitches to different media verticals to maximise pickup and impact

Support client‐facing activities, such as presenting campaign concepts, sharing performance insights, and highlighting results

Performance & Optimisation

Proactively monitor campaign metrics, adjusting underperforming initiatives as needed, and use insights to optimise outreach strategies and improve future campaigns

Contribute to client reporting and internal reviews, highlighting wins, learnings, and opportunities

ABOUT YOU

3+ Years\' proven experience in Digital PR, with a portfolio of successful backlinks and placements in top‐tier publications (national, lifestyle, B2B, etc.)

Confident in using PR and SEO tools such as Response Source, Muck Rack, HARO, Cision, BuzzStream, Ahrefs, or Semrush

Understanding of how Digital PR contributes to SEO performance and brand growth

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and content ideation

Solid media relations skills with an established network of journalist contacts (UK and/or international)

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously, with great attention to detail

Experience with data‐driven campaigns, survey creation, and turning insights into compelling stories

Creative thinker with the ability to pitch original campaign ideas

Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and draw insights

Proactive, self‐motivated, and highly organised

Comfortable presenting ideas and results to internal stakeholders and clients
