We are looking for an experienced Senior Children's Home Registered Manager to join an outstanding provider of children's residential care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager / Children's Home Manager to take the next step in their career as a Dual Registered Manager, overseeing two children's homes and gaining valuable multi-site management experience. The homes are located in Southport, Merseyside.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

As a Dual Registered Manager, you will have responsibility for two children's homes, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your multi-site leadership and operational management experience. This role is ideal for an ambitious Registered Manager looking to progress beyond a single home. The multi-site experience gained in this position will provide a strong platform for future progression into Senior Operations, Area or Regional Management positions. You will receive ongoing support, training and professional development, with a clear focus on helping you achieve your long-term career goals.

What are the requirements?

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's home.
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's residential care.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent.
  • Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience managing compliance, quality and safeguarding.
  • A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
  • Ambition to progress within children's residential care.
  • Previous multi-site or dual Registered Manager experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
