Salary: GBP60000 - GBP70000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Senior Children's Home Registered Manager to join an outstanding provider of children's residential care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager / Children's Home Manager to take the next step in their career as a Dual Registered Manager, overseeing two children's homes and gaining valuable multi-site management experience.
The homes are located in Southport, Merseyside.

How will this role further your career?
As a Dual Registered Manager, you will have responsibility for two children's homes, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your multi-site leadership and operational management experience.
This role is ideal for an ambitious Registered Manager looking to progress beyond a single home. The multi-site experience gained in this position will provide a strong platform for future progression into Senior Operations, Area or Regional Management positions.
You will receive ongoing support, training and professional development, with a clear focus on helping you achieve your long-term career goals.

What are the requirements?
Full UK Driving Licence.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's home.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and children's residential care.
Level 4 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent.
Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience managing compliance, quality and safeguarding.
A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
Ambition to progress within children's residential care.
Previous multi-site or dual Registered Manager experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
