Requirements for the role:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- A minimum of two years experience working within a supervisory role in a children’s home.
- Level 4 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent.
- Hold or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
