About the role:

Design systems that operate where failure isn’t an option. We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to lead the development and integration of electrical systems for armoured military vehicles. This role goes beyond traditional vehicle design; you’ll be working on mission‑critical systems that directly support defence operations, including electronic countermeasures (ECM/EECM), BOWMAN communications, and situational awareness technologies. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy owning complex engineering challenges, influencing design direction, and working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, field‑ready solutions.
