  • Support for Defence – two weeks’ paid leave for Reservists and Cadets, plus paid leave for Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs)
  • Competitive pension scheme (9% combined employer/employee contributions)
  • Life cover at 3x base salary
  • BHSF Cash Healthcare Plan to support everyday health costs
  • Career development and advancement opportunities within a global business
  • Team culture built on innovation, collaboration, and purpose

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the organisation’s Quality Management System, ensuring it remains compliant, effective, and aligned with standards such as ISO 9001 and beyond.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of quality policies, procedures and the Quality Manual, giving direct influence over how quality is governed across the business.
  • Manage internal and external audit programmes, acting as the key interface with certification bodies and leading management reviews.
  • Drive document control and process standardisation, introducing structured ways of working that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Map and refine business processes to reduce risk, improve quality outcomes and support scalable growth.
  • Use AI‑assisted tools or demonstrate willingness to learn and apply them in the role.
