- Grow with us – career development and advancement opportunities within a global business
- Supportive environment – a team culture built on innovation, collaboration, and purpose
What you will be doing
In this role, you will lead the electrical design process from concept through to detailed design, ensuring systems meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and operational needs. You will take ownership of creating specifications, presenting design options, and guiding solutions through the full design lifecycle.
You will work closely with engineers, project managers, production teams, and customers to translate requirements into validated and verified designs that support efficient manufacturing and through life support. You will also be a key customer facing engineer, able to communicate technical detail with clarity and confidence.
Your work will span prototype development, test definition, engineering change control, and supporting the legacy fleet. You will play a critical part in ensuring NP Aerospace continues to deliver safe, robust, and innovative solutions across current and future vehicle programmes.
