We are hiring multiple Vehicle Technicians to join our production teams immediately. These fixed-term roles offer meaningful, hands-on work with the potential for extension as programmes evolve.

What you will be doing: You will support the assembly and integration of mechanical and electrical systems on low-volume, high-specification defence vehicles. Working as part of a collaborative production team, you will help ensure every vehicle meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Your work will include assembling and fitting sub-systems to precise tolerances while following technical drawings, work instructions, and defined quality standards. You will use specialist tools, equipment, and approved materials safely and correctly, inspecting components and completed assemblies to ensure accuracy.
You will collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and R&D teams, contributing to lean manufacturing initiatives and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Above all, you will work safely, consistently, and with pride in your craft.
What you will bring: We are looking for experienced, hands-on fitters with strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a high-performing team.
- City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive, Mechanical, or Vehicle Systems
- Experience in mechanical fitting or low-volume vehicle assembly
- Confidence interpreting engineering drawings and working from schematics
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- A solid work ethic and commitment to high standards
