JOB SUMMARY
Are you a skilled marketing professional with proven experience looking to work in the dynamic defence and security sector? We have a vacancy for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support our vehicle systems, corporate development and international teams. The role is focused on developing and delivering high impact marketing activities and campaigns that strengthen the NP Aerospace global brand and drive awareness of NP capabilities such as military vehicle integration and composite armour systems. You will work closely with the corporate, vehicles and business development teams primarily in the UK, but also our colleagues in Canada and the US, supporting business winning strategies and international events, interacting with industry and Government stakeholders and NP’s leadership team. In this fast-paced role you will be tasked with measuring ROI and introducing AI-enabled marketing techniques to improve campaign effectiveness, insight and efficiency. The role is hybrid, based around 2 days on site in Coventry. Some travel, both domestic and international, may be required. The position is new to the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities for the role will include:
- Marketing Planning & Delivery - Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, coordinating activity across digital, events and PR, using AI tools.
- Brand Development & Management - Develop and maintain consistent global brand position and capability messaging and content.
- International Marketing Campaigns - Develop international campaigns to support our Business Development teams to strengthen awareness with Government, military and industry. Develop international web content and collateral.
- Business Development (Vehicles / Survivability) - Provide campaign and content support to vehicle pursuit activity, including customer demonstrations and events. Support development of CRM lead management system.
- Performance Tracking, ROI & Metrics - Track campaign performance, engagement and ROI, using analytics and AI-supported optimisation techniques.
- Corporate Campaigns - Lead corporate initiatives such as centenary & CSR/social values activity, coordinating PR, social media, events, and stakeholder engagement.
- AI & Marketing Digital Innovation - Adopt AI to improve targeting and segmentation, content development and productivity. Introduce new digital communications tools and video content.
- Events, Trade Shows & Engagement - Support delivery of events and trade shows, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring effective messaging, and lead tracking.

EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
- University degree, college diploma, or relevant marketing experience
- Significant experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, creative and written skills
- Strong project management and organisational capability
- Ability to operate in technical, engineering-led environments
- Experience of using AI tools or a willingness to learn and apply AI in the role.
DESIRABLE
- Proven international experience and BD support
- Defence, aerospace, manufacturing or automotive sector experience
- Data-driven mindset and analytics experience
- Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools and automation platforms
