Your expertise will directly influence how we protect our people, facilities and operations every day. You'll take ownership of our Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems, maintaining ISO 14001 and implementing and driving ISO 45001 standards across the business. You'll coordinate internal and external audits, manage relationships with regulatory bodies, monitor legislative changes and ensure the business remains fully compliant with evolving legal and corporate requirements. Your work will give the organisation confidence that our operations continue to meet the highest standards. You'll champion a proactive approach to risk management by leading hazard assessments, COSHH programmes, incident investigations and corrective actions. Working closely with managers and employees, you'll identify opportunities to reduce risk, improve processes and embed a genuine zero-harm culture across every department. You'll also lead EHS training and awareness programmes, maintain competency matrices, oversee inductions and provide expert advice to colleagues at every level of the business. By building strong relationships across operations, engineering and leadership teams, you'll help ensure Environmental, Health & Safety becomes an integral part of everything we do. Our team embraces modern technologies, including AI-assisted tools, to work smarter and deliver better results. Candidates should either have experience using AI tools or demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply them in their role.
