Nozomi Networks is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for our EMEA region. This role is responsible for developing and implementing regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies with an emphasis on field and channel marketing, partner collaboration, campaign activation, events, and demand generation. In this role, you’ll work closely with the broader Marketing organization (e.g. Corporate, Product, Global Campaigns, Partner Marketing, and Customer Marketing), regional Sales and Partner teams to build regional marketing plans, promote brand awareness locally, and help execute ABM / demand generation programs to fuel high growth revenue in the region. Channel marketing experience and campaign orchestration are a must.
As a Regional Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing the Go-to-Market plan for your assigned territories to drive demand, with a strong focus on channel marketing strategies that scale and leverage the partner ecosystem effectively.
In this role you will:
- Be accountable for deploying integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation programs that support key regional initiatives.
- Work closely with regional sales, partner, and the broader marketing team to meet pipeline targets.
- Track results and report on campaign success and deliverables.

- Aligning with the Partner organization to build a regional partner marketing strategy that provides mutual business value and enables leverage and scale in your overall regional marketing plan.
- Activating live and virtual event strategies, including event and booth design, theme development, pre-and-post-event plans.
- Project management and organizational skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution, and measurement.
- Creation of integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices, to ensure you are collaborating effectively with the Digital Marketing team.
- Experience with organizing local and regional events.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
- At least 7 years of proven B2B technology marketing experience, ideally in OT/IoT/IT cybersecurity or related fields.
- Working, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce (required).
- Working knowledge of typical hi-tech MarTech Stack such as intent platforms (e.g., 6Sense), webinar platforms (e.g., ON-24) (preferred).
- Be entrepreneurial with a hands-on approach; have a strong track record of defining the marketing strategy and executing plans to generate demand and pipeline directly and with/through Partners.
- Ability and hands-on experience in planning successful live or virtual events and large trade shows, conferences.
- Strong communication skills and being comfortable in communicating and presenting plans at the executive level.
- A proven track record of collaborating and supporting technology field sales organizations.
