Job Description We are an independent specialty coffee & bagel brand operating multiple sites in London.
We are growing and looking for a strong Store Manager to take full ownership of one of our locations in Central London.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train and develop a team of baristas and supervisors
- Manage rotas and control labour costs
- Drive store performance (sales, GP, wastage, labour %)
- Ensure high standards of coffee quality and customer service
- Handle stock ordering and inventory management
- Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
- Manage performance, conduct reviews and disciplinary processes when required
- Work closely with senior leadership on continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality management (Assistant Manager or Store Manager level)
- Experience in coffee or QSR
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially aware and confident working with KPIs
- Organised, structured and proactive
- Comfortable working weekends and flexible shifts
- Right to work in the UK
